Heat large skillet kept over medium heat. Next, drizzle olive oil of 2 Tbsp. Add the cakes to the skillet, distributing them as evenly as possible. Shake the pan to ensure that the cakes do not stick to the pan’s sides. Fry the patties for three minutes, or until they are golden brown. Turn the cakes upside down to continue cooking, so that the other side browns for three more minutes. Then transfer them to a wire rack to drain.
